The family was raised and born in Pennsylvania Molly started her professional career in the age of thirteen, at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater in a production of The Snow Queen. Her nomination was for one of the Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. The role was reprised in the production when she performed her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway, in 2002. She received an award from the Drama League Award for this performance. Molly played the role in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). In 2008, she graduated with her B.A. from Princeton University. After that, she went to Princeton University, where she was a part of the Triangle Club and received a bachelor's degree in the year 2008. In the same time frame she made her acting debut in the role of Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Molly was a TV actress including Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has appeared in a variety of regional plays, among them The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee performed by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 and North Shore Music Theatre's 2010 The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly played Anne. Molly's most notable role is in Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) as Ali her teenage daughter. Also, she was a part of Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and directed by Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008.
